If you did a backpack mod, how could it hold the pressure? If I remember correctly, the Speedloaders didn't have any pump.

Exactly. But because it loads into one pc you'd have to make a pump.

I noticed the nozzle has no rubber o-ring. Wouldn't it leak like heck if you put the nozzle in the speedloading device?

The speedloader leaks like heck while your filling, after and before.
