EVERYONE: There is a cps 2000 MK1 on the market for a
very cheap price. Starting bid is $50!!!! Dang my lack of cash. I would have gotten it, if I had the money! Besides, the price is likely going to go up to past $200.

Get it quick!

Well, so much for hoping nobody would notice it... Not that I would've gotten it anyway.

Sorry. Just didn't want it to go to waste on a collector. They are meant to be used!

I do agree with that. It might end up in a collector's hands anyway though.
Actually, there's really no harm done because I can't put money into my Paypal account anyway. I wonder if it's possible to buy stuff on ebay with a debit card.

Okay, well I'm glad I didn't ruin it for you.
For those who are thinking of buying, you could ask the seller to put buy it now for $60. May not work here, but worked when I bought several XPs.

Lol, ditto everything SEAL said.
Although, it's one thing to actually check ebay semi-frequently and find something you want, but what would possess you to post an alert like this... you're such a nice guy.
Thanks for the tip on a low BIN, though. Chances are it will skyrocket in price no matter what, though.

Yeah, that is true. But as I said, don't want it to go to waste on a collector.

IDK, I consider myself a "Collector". XP But I can't imagine NOT using the things that I have. I know there are people out there that want "Wall-hangers" or display items, but when it comes to water guns I find it harder to imagine something like this being actually "wasted". Just because someone who is not on WWN bought it, doesn't mean that it will not be appreciated. Whoever shelled out 228$ for it knew what they were getting.

Guess it didn't matter that I couldn't bid on it; I would have only gone up to around $70 or so. Whenever I see 2000s sell for rediculously high amounts, I always feel frustrated/sad because I know that others will see that and think that they really are worth that much. It also means that there are a lot of people who are willing to pay enough money to buy a computer for a water gun that's almost as old as I am. I guess there are always yard sales and thrift stores...
Maybe I'm better off building a CPH. I could probably have something that's much more powerful, yet only slightly more impractical for far less money!

^^That's true. I can help you with building it, because I have built one myself.

Yeah, I had plans for one, but that was more of a cannon than a practical water gun. I'd really like something similar to JLspacemarine's CPH, though possibly with more power. Unfortunately I ain't got the time to build homemades anytime soon. Once my final exams are over I am going to dedicate my time to fixing all my broken blasters and finishing my Frozen Fury report. Got a lot to do!

Speaking of Mk1s, there is another one on ebay. It's already at 102 dollars though, and it has $20 shipping.
