Arctic Blast Spring

Post by Verok » Tue Jul 22, 2008 11:47 am

The springs on my Arctic Blast keep breaking and i would like to know where i can find Max-D springs. One good thing about this,i ordered springs from Hasbro and they sending me a new gun so now i have 3 Arctic Blasts for the price of 1 and some broken water guns(thanks to Hasbro's stupidity).
Super Soaker XP 85 Triple Shot water gun was my first water gun.

I doubt Max-D springs can be found at all, at least without much difficulty. I, too, have complained to them about broken soakers and got a FF from them, but the problem is, I still haven't repaired the old FF. (well, I did but new problems kept coming up again and again)

Rubber bands are your best bet for the triggers, though they will probably break even faster than springs. Another solution is to de-Max-D the valve, removing the trigger system and finding a way to get the trigger to tug on the valve directly, which is closed by rubber bands. I've done this to my FF's main trigger but never got the same thing to work on the riot blast.
