Recommendarions on good blaster

Post by Wellsaline » Sun Apr 25, 2021 2:23 am

Hello

I'm looking to buy a blaster. I actually had an original Super Soaker CPS 2000 back when I was at uni in 1999 but loaned it to friends kid and never got it back.

I went looking to buy somthing similar for my kids and am disappointed how rubbish everything is from the Super Soaker brand now.

I've looked on ebay but don't wont to pay hundreds for a collectable.

Looking on amazon and ebay they're are lots of unbranded or copcat looking blasters bits it's hard to tell if they are any good.

So any recommendations for a cps type gun for say up to £40 (I'm in the UK).

Welcome to WaterWar.net.

The Spyra One is probably the most powerful blaster on the market, but it's fairly expensive and apparently out of stock right now. (Full disclosure: I did some consulting for them.)

Some of the copycat blasters are indeed good and comparable to the old CPS series. (Some seem to be essentially copies of old CPS blasters.) Read this thread for some discussion of which are good. This might be your best bet at the moment.

I don't know what specifically is in the UK as I'm in the US, but here's a somewhat recent thread about a good water blaster available in the UK.
