Water guns for dog walking

My dog likes water guns. She is also a black dog, so during summer walks, she gets very hot, so I try to take a water gun with me. My go-to was originally Super Soaker Vaporizer. I usually can go on a full walk if I ration the water or stop to refill once or twice if I don't. I also like having water fights, but my main use case is squirting my dog.
Unfortunately, my Vaporizer is about 12 years old and it is breaking down, so I need a new water gun.
But something horrible must have happened in the water gun world. Every water gun in my local stores are these Nerf ones that have a cap that drains out on my shoulder (which was solved in my Vaporizer 12 years ago with its cap that you push in to fill and never leaked) which also feel very cheap and are either tiny (meaning I would have to keep stopping to refill) or have gimmicks like "Shoots 5 streams of water!" Multi-stream water guns kind of confuse my dog and she doesn't know what to do with it.
The closest thing that looked like it would work was the Nerf Hyrda, but its nozzle is way too big and it runs out very quickly (while also having the downgraded cap).
It's sad because I used to be able to drive to Fred Meyer's and just buy their largest non-gimmick water gun and it would just work.
Does anyone know of a water gun with a
1. large reservoir (as large or larger than my Vaporizer at about a liter)
2. Shoots a single, moderately small stream of water
3. Does not leak
4. Is reasonably durable and reliable?
I am OK with it being pressurized, though if they are, I would want CPS. Basically, CPS is as good as piston, but non-cps is annoying for my purposes.
Alternatively, I did buy a Hydra. Is there a not extremely difficult way to make its nozzle smaller? I am willing to permanently alter it, but I would rather make it a reversible procedure, as it looks like it would be great as is in a water fight when we beat this whole pandemic thing.
