Is that Chrome Flash Flood w/Pack avalible now?!?!? Could I order it now and expect it within a few days? My birthday is coming up (March 5), and I'd like a new collectable. I am so stoked now, even though its just a FF, but its so incredably shiny! I love it!. :oo:

Not really OT, but away from what's being discussed, I found the new orange FF at Walmart. It felt a little different in my hand, perhaps a little thicker. That's a really, really bad recolor BTW.

Finding it at Walmart is weird. Not only did they not have any other water guns, but they didn't carry FFs last year.

In the Wal-Marts in my area you can find any new Super Soaker waterguns without a doubt that you won't find them. I am probably not going to buy a shiny Max Infusion Flash Flood because I have already gotten a orange Max Infusion Flash Flood this year and I can't afford buying two Max Infusion Flash Floods. I also won a auction on ebay for a CPS 2700 about a week ago and I won the one with the "ugly coloring" before they were remaid with "better coloring". But, I still think they both look cool even if they do have different coloring. I guess I am not doing good watergun shopping this year color wise this year but, I don't think that coloring for both of them is too bad. For what I've seen already this year in stores I have a weird feeling that the chanches this year for getting a red Max Infusion Flash Flood are going to be pretty slim. :(

Was just at walmart today and say max infusion arctic shocks
helixs and flash floods so I bought the flash flood and punched the screen out of the ff nozzle and (measured out with a 20ft tape measure) I swear it shot 50 feet :cps2000:.

What was the firing angle? I find it extremely unlikely the Flash Flood, especially using the FF nozzle, could get 50 feet of range with the size PC it has.

Be careful with sharper image. They have a bad history with shipping things. I bought something from them, took them 2 months to send it and I got the wrong color from what I wanted.

Man,two months! I don't think that anybody could make up a excuse for not sending what ever you wanted for that long, and I'd pay ALOT of money for a Max Infusion Flash Flood that could shoot 50ft.

I don't believe it. You must have screwed up the measuring somehow. I wouldbe suprised if it got 35 feet. ???

It could get 50ft in 3 ways:
1. Bad measuring
2. Very high winds
3. Shooting off a hill with wind

But there is no possible way a stock FF could get 50ft range in still conditions on level ground, even if angled. 40-45ft to the last drop is more reasonable, 35 to the largest puddle. That is for the small nozzle. The FF nozzle can barely make it to 20, I know from being shot at with it multiple times.

If scorpion did measure wrong the Flash Flood blast would still have gone a distance over 20ft. But, if he did'nt measure wrong and there was wind a Flash Flood would be a good soaker to choose if it was a windy day. :) I am positive that MY Max Infusion Flash Flood shoots has far has my regular beam and it shoots around 35ft.:)

I am A total tech idiot :goofy: but if I could post pictures on line I could show you how I measure it.I took a 20ft tape measure and measured from the gate of our fence to this concrete slab that used to be part of a shed and it is forty feet from there to the gate. So I measured out ten feet behind that and set a piece of paper down there and shot. The paper took the center of the stream.

Sign up for a free host like photobucket or imageshack, upload the picture there. Then click the Image button when posting here, which will prompt you for the URL of your image [which is displayed when you upload to one of those hosts].

And do you mean the small nozzle or the Flash Flood nozzle [the big one]?

@Soaker Master, the names of the 2 nozzles on the FF are not interchangable and do not shoot the same distance. I've been shot at by both so many times in so many wars.

So I guess then that means there is not a Flash Flood that can shoot fifty feet. It would be cool if it could shoot 50 feet.

Someone may have a Flash Flood that has been modded to shoot 50ft and hasn't told us about it. But stock won't reach 50. And why the big deal about 50? 50ft range was cool in 2004, 60 has replaced that in the modding world.

I think that with a 50 foot shooting Flash Flood you could catch somebody off gaurd. I bet they would not know what hit them.

Yeah, but 70ft will scare them sh*tless. :p I would still like to have a 50ft shooting Flash Flood though.

It cost 39.95 plus tax and shipping and handling. It would be cheaper just to get a orange one from the store for 20.00 and tax and then a Max Infusion Aquapack for 8.00 and tax.
