The best gun from 04 to 07?
From my own understanding, the fake CPS1000 is, at best, a pressurized reservoir system and does not perform so well. As for the X-Stream Blasters, you can find some reviews on them here:
X-Stream Super Cobra
Air Pressure X-S 5.0
Aqua RebelBlastmaster 660
Mega Snapper
Pumpmaster 460 XS
Stinger (X-Stream)
X-Stream Super Cobra
Air Pressure X-S 5.0
Aqua RebelBlastmaster 660
Mega Snapper
Pumpmaster 460 XS
Stinger (X-Stream)

I forget the model name.
Probably the Power Surge 2500.
Back on topic, to answer your question zuloon.
PC = Pressure Chamber
As for what gun to get, I can really only say the Flash Flood, the Arctic Blast is probably very similar, however I've never used one so I wouldn't know, although it depends on availability on each of them too. I can't for what I've said before of using them recommend you buy a Water Warriors gun, buying a Flash Flood or Arctic Blast is a much better option if you ask me.

MI is Max Infusion, which is the first line of Super Soaker to attach backpacks to different guns. When you remove the screen, it gets better range and is more powerful. Yes, the AB has the backpack, but what I just explained was that you can attach a backpack to the MI FF. You can't attach it to the STE (Soaker Tag Elite) FF, because that line came before the MI.

Blazer>Orca>FF>APD>all others. I own all of the good guns other than the Orca, and this is how I feel about them. Blazer was great, flexible nozzle selection. The orca was a little better, but I didn't like the resivoir, so I rated it lower. The FF was very good, but the main stream is useless. Still liked the big nozzle though. The only reason the APD got a lower rating is because it has a backpack, and I don't really care for backpack guns. It didn't fit right on me (I'm almost 6'3", 200lbs), and the ball meter didn't work well, but it had a very potent stream, and faired well against the older guns. I also didn't like the lagging in the pumping, or the overflow valve, but the valve could be glued shut, and the lag wasn't too bad.
