Hi guys I was on youtube and I found something interesting. Is anyone here familiar with these?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHhrbzASQTk They appear to be some kind of spring loaded piston gun like the flash blast but WAY more powerful.

They probably make the power look a lot better on TV, and the ad also looks from the 1990s, so they probably don't sell them anymore.

That's definitely something... Never seen one at wal-mart though. If it is some kind of spring loaded pistol type gun, maybe someone on Nerfhaven has one? I know that if I had seen one sometime in the past three years, I would have picked it up.
Remind me what the flash blast is?

They have little pistols that are spring powered at walmart during the summer for a couple bucks. I like them they're kind of fun. They don't have that good range, and modding them with a more powerful spring doesn't help range more than a foot or two.

Likely better than a Flash Blast, but still probably far from the performance of a mid-ranged air-pressure blaster. The initial burst may look impressive, but the fact that the stream ends so quickly reduced total potential soakage.
