Those in bold are IMO the better choices, depending on price.

1 prob, there from ebay, so I might not snatch the CPS Monster XL!!!!!!!!!!
i dont know if the 3000 is on ebay anymore and there is like 15 CPS 1000's for sale there!!!!!!!!!

It looks like the following...
CPS Monster and Monster XL (ebay - £5.34!!! / $9.95) DONT STEAL!!! lol
The XP 310 (new and for £12.00)
CPS 1000 (ebay for £5.36 / $9.99 )
SUPER SOAKER 50 (50 feet for $41.99 - I don't think I am willing to pay that much)
Any of the Buzz Bee Toys Soakers - approx 10-20 GBP

Well, I have narrowed it down, now what?

You might not want to buy the 1000's, unless you examine them closely. Most 1000's on eBay are fake.

i can dechipher fakes....

FAKE - This is a fake 1500, it is bought from corner shops, well, in my nearby one anyway...

REAL - This is a real 1000, clearly the strap and printed logo shows its genuine

Ive had a look at the stats and it looks like this in order...
In First Place...
Monster and Monster X
In Second Place...
CPS 1000
In Third Place...
XP 310

Hard choice between CPS1000 and Monster....
The only really reliable choice is XP310, as i can buy it from a shop with a lot of stock.

The CPS1000 is probably easier to obtain, but i really wanna go for the beastly Monster (two but one broke, im willing to fix and look after)

dandoodatrite, you might want to avoid posting three times in a row - it's not really approved.

On topic, the CPS choices are generally more formidable. Beware of high shipping charges to the UK, however, if you are thinking of buying in from the USA.
