Super Soaker Water Balloon Flinger Release Date

Does anybody know what year the Super Soaker Water Balloon Flinger was first released on? The armory does not know. Date for Tsunami Ball would be helpful too.

Why are you interested in the release dates of these items? I can guess, but have opted not to list it until verified.

I like making lists and I want to put all of these devices into a list catorgized by release year.

Items known here can already be sorted by release date. See iSoaker.com Timeline

I do not plan on entering release dates for items I am not sure of.

You do not have the date listed there so I was hoping an independant source might know.
