They are made by Mattel. Do you have the old cranking/winding lever ones, or the new one that press together like an arccordion?

i have used the crank ones before there are alright. i like the crank ones better than the new accorderin ones. i think the stream size is bigger on the older crank ones as well

The Arccordion ones are still untested. I took a close look at those in the store and the nozzle is about 2X-3X in size. At this moment their performance can go either way, since its muscle propelled.
