I heard that the super charger 500 with a pink recevoir was an AP gun. Does anyone have any proof or internals to show. Maybe hasbro made a mistake calling it an AP weapon.

I'm not sure where you read that. The SC 500 is CPS. See iSoaker's SC 500 page:
