You. The size of a riot blast nozzle doesn't matter much and iSoaker takes quality pics, letting me determine the size easily.

It was about the size of the 1200 so 5x. It was basically the size
Of a bic pen tube.

That sounds a tad larger, so I'd guess 10x-13x.

Here are my thoughts on the Hydro Cannon:

I bought it for a friend and took it out of the box to test, as I wanted to make sure it works, rather than gift it to him and have him tell me that it wasn't working.
In terms of power, range, water supply this blaster is at best equal to a Flash Flood. What this blaster does better than the FF, however, is having a tracked pump, having cool styling and looking more intimidating than an FF. Also, the non Max-D trigger reduces shot lag. What I do have to say, though, is that Hasbro gave the blaster insufficient consideration. The tracked pump is good, the vertical grip however partially negates the security of the tracking. The PC is just tiny for a blaster this size. The reservoir is tiny, too (and it can't be extended with anything official). Having only a riot blast as shooting option, Hasbro should have had the kindness to give us a strap with this (after all, it's quite pricy), because this is the kind of blaster that really needs a backup. There's no arguing around it. Should you miss, the necessity to pump about ten times to get a proper shot renders you a target for a long time. Obviously, tap shots are no option.

However, this gun seems to be Hasbro's way of saying: Kids, we're going old school again. You seem to have liked the mid and late nineties.
Now we figured out why exactly, so let's get cracking.

***EDIT***

Come to think of it, the HC is exactly a mix between a Shotblast and a Flash Flood.
