Sure, soakers are needed to have water fights, but there are a lot of other things that would be great to have to complement soaker use.

One thing that I will be adding to the Armoury section this year are simple devices to help enhance water fights from things to ease filling soakers, to hit-determination devices, storage ideas, things for target practice, team identifiers, etc.

I feel that more development could be used in this area.

I like stuff like this. I look forward to seeing an article like this so I do not have to go deep down into Isoaker looking for things like this.

I agree, soaking is only half the battle...or something like that.

Storage info would help me, cause I just leave my soakers on my bedroom floor, and I'm rather afraid I'm going to step on one. I need some ideas on how/where to store them.
Also, on team Identifiers, my friends might be making t-shirts to show whose on what side. Just different colors, but it would be cool to have names and logos etc.

There are also already some articles about things like non-soaker devices. I remember one of them talking about traps, like waterballon mines.

Coloured T's are a common way of splitting up teams. 'tis also true that when playing with friends, it's pretty easy to split up since everyone knows each other. However, for holding larger fights involved more than one team and perhaps people you don't know as well, some easy to spot identifier (maybe some coloured cloth arm bands, bandanas, etc) would be useful, too. Of course, simpler is better so just depends on what your local group needs.

The RM uses shelves, which work quite nicely:

idunno about storage but my backpack = l33t. today i realized i can fit my flashflood, a defender, a liquidator, a hornet and the aquapack (empty) for the defender all in my backpack. this comes in really handy when your, idunno, walking with three of your friends and need a nice suprised attack on your foes. also i see a sweetly painted FF in that pic dux, got a close up of it? i like the camo coloring and it looks pretty sweet (kinda like my black/purple/silver one). and speaking of FF, im sure this years model would be pretty sweet with the aquapack. thats my vote.

I second that vote. Where should I look for an aquapack?

Target (online store too), Amazon, and some other stores. I am probably gonna have to get a Flash Flood and an aquapak, even though I don't want them really bad. I have a Target giftcard as well as some hasbro coupons, so I will probably get them unless I can find a BB gun there, which I doubt. I'll be getting a Blazer off Amazon with my Amazon gift certificate, so I'll probably have both.
