Cps 1000 back again?!

I was browsing amazon looking for any worthwhile deals as i stumbled upon an item which was called
'Jumbo water gun - water cannon' which was a cps 1000 and after a long look I realised it looks like the real thing.

I also looked at the features and it claimed to have the constant pressure system.
Perhaps the picture is inaccurate and mabye just a representation as it says the reservoir colors include blue and green.
What do you think?

I'd be extremely skeptical of this item as the photo is the same as the third one at SSC:

As a note, I sent an email to the company selling this item asking them to remove the infringing photo.

Ugh.. how annoying. You'd figure a company selling merchandise over Amazon could at least take their own photos. I definitely agree with Ben about being skeptical on that product.

The company only has that item up for sale. You may wish to report this to Amazon.com as well since that would violate their terms of use for selling. If the sale is legit, there's no reason they shouldn't have a real photo. Lets look at the product features.

"jumbo water gun like the super soaker?" I find it difficult not to laugh at that statement. And the 1000's colors definately do NOT vary and never did.
