Lol! That's a good one. Though not always true, I have a Nerf switch shots (broken now); it's not great, but much better then they have now.

As for bad blaster design, I'd have to agree that inefficient design is probably the biggest problem. Efficiently designed blasters take less material to make, weight less, and are smaller, which are three reasons why they are smart from a business perspective too!
