someone posted a topic about a fake cps 2000 they found on ebay, we all clarified it was a fake, made by a company known as "super shooters". i was interested in this, and decided to try and find out more. The seller who selled it was a seller of water guns, that's all they sold. they are all cheap copies made by super shooters. it appears that that person owns the company. they copied the super soaker logo, and made their own cps logo. i doubt their soakers even use cps technology. they only make cps 2000 and 1500. the 2000 looks like a 1500. this a warning to all: don't buy these cheap copies! they are selling for lots of money way more than they are worth! this topic is just for warning about this copyright infringement.

You mean CPS 1000, not 1500, right?
Those fakes have been around since 2003 on ebay.
They never sold very well. Plus most know what a CPS 2000 looks like.
The more dangerous fake is the CPS 1000 fake that does not have "Super Soaker" writen on its sling. Other than the sling, its virtualy identical with all the stickers and so on.
