I just bought a CPS 2000, MK2. One can never have too many of these.

Edit: I also just bought a box of mixed working, broken, and semi working guns: CPS 2000 MK2, 1500, SS 50, XP 70, and XXP 175. The last 2 are kinda useless, but it was an all-or-nothing lot.

Keep the parts if you have the room. I've used a broken XP 70 to fix other guns before.

XP 250 on its way. Will post things about it when I get it (probably nothing too detailed, I'll just shoot it into my bathtub and stuff).

Just acquired a Water Warriors Viper, Water Warriors Python, and a Water Warriors Steady Stream 2. Pictures and reviews to come, but I need to find time.

I finally got my big box of broken/semi working material:

CPS 2000 mk2: needs trigger valve repair. My 5th 2000.
CPS 1500: needs rubber band repair and a new switcher tab at least. My 7th 1500 technically.
SS 50: pretty good condition with stickers, works sometimes but not always (needs new tubing). My 3rd 50.
XP 150: mint condition and works, but no stickers. My 5th 150.
XP 240: works
XXP 175: needs a pump

Just ordered a CPS 2100 from eBay. I hope this gun doesn't give me the leaking headaches the CPS 1000 gave me last summer. I had to open that thing to epoxy it at least once a week, and I was so irritated I just about sold it at the end of the season until it suddenly stopped leaking everywhere. Hopefully, neither the 1000 or 2100 leak this year.

By trigger valve do you mean the rubber seal inside the nozzle cone, or do you mean the plastic piece that is connected to the firing pin (when you pull the trigger it pulls a metal rod which pulls said plastic piece which pulls the firing pin).

Oh, I think it's something inside the plastic pull valve. I put some air through the system and it didn't want to shoot it. I put some water through and it shot with lag. The good thing is that this valve appears to to have no glue - I should be able to open it just be removing the screws. This is another example of those times where for marks, even whether something is glued or not may not be enough to call it a separate version. In 2100s, being glued or not tends to mirror performance reliably, while in 2000s, it's hit or miss whether your pull valve is glued or not.

I got a Splashzooka at a Nerf war on Sunday. This thing is much larger than I envisioned it being. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a QFD which is why I only paid 5 bucks for it. I can make a VHS, but so....much...effort...

I got another CPS 2000 mk2 today. Evidently, the seller has already shipped it out.

Picked up a Stream Machine (the shortest one they make) on Tuesday. Waste of 10 bucks but I was bored enough. I might just return it, who knows.

Edit: Just picked up a Monster XL today. The conclusion so far:

- It's HUGE
- It's HEAVY
- It doesn't shoot that well for its size

Just have to sling it, get an O-ring on the SC connection, and give it a go. I'd love to colossus the thing, but that probably wouldn't work out especially with the SC system. It's also missing several parts to the bipod (including one leg) but I don't care enough to bother with that at the moment.

Well, well, well. Guess what I got for Easter...

...An Electrostorm. It's thicker than I expected, and while the grip is obviously meant for little kids, it's actually quite comfortable for me though. I put some batteries in it, and tested it. All I can say is, iSoaker's review doesn't do it justice. It's basically a full-auto squirt pistol, with about the same output and range. Don't even try to do tap-shots with it; the stream will drop off even quicker. I also found out that the motor won't work until you fill it with water for the first time. Was iSoaker's like that too? I do love the design though; it has to be one of the coolest-looking water guns out there.

So I'm probably the only one in the community who has one, aside from iSoaker... I would've liked to get a Viper instead, but you can't blame my parents; they know pretty much nothing about water guns.

Nerf Soakers are like pushup bras, amazing to look at if you don't know any better, but when you get down to the real thing they are terribly disappointing.

Maybe you could bring it to the War and if anyone gets a kill with it... big prizes or something... or just give it to someone you don't like hahaha.
