What is the difference between the MI FF and the STE FF? And what is the difference between the CPS 1500 and the CPS 1700?

There are no major differences in either pair. The color is the only main difference

For the Flash Floods, the Max Infusion variant has a reservoir cap that allows you to use a Max Infusion Aquapack (the backpack) for more capacity.

Other than that, it's just color, as forestfighter7 said.

There IS one major difference between the MI FF and the STE FF. Like any other max infusion blaster, the MI flashflood is compatible with 50oz and 100oz aquapaks sold separately, which increase your water capacity (helps a lot the FF's small reservoir). Also the STE FF is getting harder to find in stores now.
