Water Warriors Glow Blaster

Post by vaporizer » Sat Apr 02, 2005 8:48 am

This is my review of the WW Glow Blaster.

Type: piston
Range: ~35'
Resirvoir volume: none
Length: about 2' contracted.

The Water Warriors Glow blaster is Buzz Bee Toys' version of the Stream Machine. It is, basically, a big tube with a nozzle and a pump, that you stick in a bucket of water, and extend the pump, pulling water into the tube, and than just point, shoot by contracting the pump, and refill.

I liked the shape of the Glow Blaster. There aren't any unneccesary bumps or ridges, so I duct taped all of the yellow tube part. The handle is also comfortable to hold, and fits into your shoulder, if you fire it with two hands. It is also a good, cheap($4.99) base defense weapon.

I didn't like that the light doesn't really work that well. It's mostly a gimmick so they can give it a non-bug name. the batteries(that came with it) on mine fried out. Electronics and water don't mix. There are also no possible mods to be done on this blaster. It is also impossible to open up. a range over 35 feet is hard to get, unless you are muscly.

Overall, if you need a base defense weapon, this one is pretty good. The nozzle is a decent size, and the overall shape of the blaster is pretty cool.

Overall, 7/10

Thanks, again, for another review! You're reviewing soakers I've seen only on the BuzzBeeToys website and not in reality, yet. :goofy: Thanks for contributing more info on these soakers!
