You have to use the fill in form. What more could you need the actual address for?

If you think that hasn't already been done before, you're rather mistaken. There have even been online petitions, more specific attempts at contact, etc. There are so many reasons why some older models are no longer being remade.

For a particularly good discussion on things, check out the CPS 2000s and Monster XLs thread at SSCentral.

What's wrong with using their online form to send an email to them? If your concerns are legit, they should answer you, then you'd have their '###@###.###' address.

I had problems with all my Max D guns from last year, so I wrote Hasbro. My letter began with flattery on how good the external durability was and that the guns did do what they were supposed to do, shoot pretty far. Then I mentioned that all my Max D guns had suffered from flimsey triggers and that they should fix it. I actually got a half thought out response from them. I really should put it up here. I'll go find the letter, I think it's in my car.

If you think that the best way to get a business to change is to tell them their product sucks trust me it won't work. Ten people telling them their product sucks vs millions of sales isn't going to change a thing. They'll just get defensive and won't even read your letter. You need to write it in a much more professional manner.
