Ummmmmmmmmmmmm...

Is it possible to duel-wield two light soakers and still
pump them up? Or am I loco for even asking?

Depends on the user and the soakers. Some are easier to pump up when holding another gun than others: which ones were you thinking of? A strap can generally be useful, however.

Not a 'stupid' question...
As Spinner noted, it really depends on both the user and the soakers. A strap would definitely be needed to make pumping easier, though I find the thought of one-handed pumping rather awkward in my head. To be able to pump, you'd need to find a way to stabilize the rest of the soaker so it doesn't move much.

if i'm holding two guns like my storm 500's or my xp 220's, i will stick one gun under my arm and pump the other, then repeat with the other gun.
