ive seen worse.
overall, i'd perfer the mk. 1 over the mk. 1
as for the blasters themselves, i think you're just better off trying to do the opposite of what nerfers do; making nerf blasters into water blasters. :goofy:

It's not even a joke...I attached a reservoir to a PAS, PPP style and it is easily capable of shooting more than 30 ft. However, being a springer, it couldn't produce a stream, only bursts. That and the plunger was designed to move air - hence it leaks water dreadfully despite having a vacuum-loading seal with darts.

Nerf Super Soaker 2012 are starting to appear on US retailer websites: see Nerf Super Soaker Electrostorm @ Target. No price listed at the time of this posting.

Walmart also has: Lightningstorm, Electrostorm, and Micro Burst.

Hey, folks, we gotta admit it... Aside from the HC, the last couple years have left us... Hosed.

But...we actually had the Community War after like 7 years of repeated failures. That negates at least a year of crappy stock soaker offerings.

I posted this yesterday but it didn't go through for some reason, probably just 'X'ed out the tab before my slow computer sent it. Anyway:

I think we have all known for a while that the SS line was going to 'Greek underworld' what I am really curios about is what the WW line is going to come out with. Personalty I would like to see a nice piston pumper (in case we do a piston round and the CSW), but even more so I think they should make a holster for carrying a pistol, jamming them in your pockets doesn't work as well as it could (if it doesn't fall out your pant fall off).
Lets make sure to have a community summer war 2012 so we can off set the balance once again!

Edit:
Some how a URL got in there, what is it with this topic that screws up my posts?

I ought to wander the surplus stores and see if I can find a holster that happens to be able to fit huge toy sidearms like the MD2k or Nerf Maverick. For now, I use rather cheap/easy/annoying methods for carrying sidearms.

2012 Super Soakers

Post by Andrew » Sat Jan 28, 2012 6:22 am

It seems the new NERF Super Soakers are here. Hasbro's US site is showing the lightning storm, electrostorm and microburst, and Argos in the UK shows the first two are available and in stock for delivery.

Walmart has the new NERF SS's (Toyspy) and also appears to have the new Water Warriors blasters aswell.
Unfortunately I can't find any of the new WW's in the UK. :(

There doesn't seem to be anything we didn't know about, nor anything with any real potential!

Andrew, I moved your post to this topic, due to the fact that we already had a topic on this.

I think that the WW guns look like they have potential. Also, found this on ebay UK:

Fair enough. I recall there being this thread, but I must have just missed it somehow.

EDIT: Or more likely I looked in the wrong place (General Discussions rather than Specific Models, my bad!). :goofy:

I'll have to try the search bar next time!

And thanks M4 for moving it.
