Figured that since this is the room for people new to the board (ok, I'm not new, but hey) I'd post a poll like this while I tried to figure out how the "Create New Poll" option worked. And besides, if this works, it IS a valid question.
So, assuming this works, what's your favorite type of Super Soaker?
Adrian
PS I think I know which category will win.

No Water Warriors option? Or even other? This poll is rigged!

In light of this amusing, but valid point, I changed this poll's title from "Favorite Soaker Type" to "Favorite Super Soaker Type". Thus, no more bias for this particular poll.

CPS, duh. I now only buy CPS and other guns that can compare in power to cps.
Stealth over speed. Accuracy over firepower. Coordination over chaos.
Only the arrogant claim they do not make mistakes in combat, hence they never learn.

Out of the super soakers, I'd choose xp. I've only used a couple, but there's something about them that's, different, from any other type I've shot off. It's kind of weird.
Out of soakers in general, I'd choose water warriors. Readily available, reliable, and constantly coming out with new technology.

Wow Adrian. I expected better.
I know they say there are no dumb questions, but this really pushes the envelope. Nearly everyone will say CPS!
And upon looking, I was right!

^^^The question was only to give my experimenting-with-poll-creating some legitimacy. I'd never created a poll before, and needed something to poll.

Not trying to be nasty, but at SSC we have another word for this type of poll.

While the 'answer' to some may be obvious, I wouldn't consider this poll as poorly thought as others may suggest. As this poll hasn't been created before, it still offers a nice, quick summary of members' preferences without needing to read all the other threads to find out what the membership prefers This poll is still useful for those newer to soaking who hadn't previously considered the importance of pressurization system makes for preferred blasters.

I voted for XP, mainly because it an XP 310 was my first Super Soaker and I just can't forget it.....

Not trying to be mean, but watch how loudly you support EES around here... it could result in your being shot with a REAL water blaster. (Don't worry, I don't own any yet.)

Of the EES series, the EES Sonic actually performs well for a piston-based small-sized soaker. The sound part, though, was totally unnecessary, but thankfully batteries could be removed.

I voted classic. But not the re-issues.
I also want to add, that the poll is interesting as in that not everyone voted CPS(not counting the assumingly unsincere EES vote, since rinkydinkysplat wrote a thread about bringing CPS back.) So its not a pointless poll.

Classical Spirit: Constantly improve power, pressure and style over previous state of the art water gun models. The ideal of "power progress", a nowdays non existent concept in retail water guns since 1997.
