Ok, today I managed to find the following 2005 Super Soakers at a TRU:
1) Aquapack Devastator
2) Flash Flood
3) Arctic Shock
4) Wookie Blaster
5) Mt. Tiki Soki
I'm still debating whether or not I'll actually open the Wookie Blaster or Mt. Tiki Soki, but I'll definitely be opening the testing the first three. As I plan to do slightly more extensive reviews on soakers this year, it'll take awhile to create each review. Just for my own curiousity, anyone have any preference on the order I push up soaker reviews? I'm estimating about 1 week to do a review (partly due to time constraints and partly since I'd like to test things out over a few days instead of a single day of testing and reviewing). Of course, if there's no preference, I'd probably start with the Flash Flood followed by the Aquapack Devastator. I hope to find and purchase a Triple Strike soon, too, but no luck yet. Just scouting for opinions/preferences for those interested...

Flash Flood or Devastator would be my choice. Probably the Devastator, as there's tons of info about the FF already online.

I'd say the FF. I want to get the most info on it that I can, before I buy it just from all the hype.
My Armory:
2 MD2K
1 MD3K
1 MD5K
1 Vaporizer
1 XPsed 270 (balloons blew out, and fixed it w. a rubber band)
2 WW Glow- Blasters
1 Spider-Man soaker
1 Flash Flood
1 Triple Shot
1 Gremlin
Coming Soon
Aquapack Devastator
Liquidator

Well, the current timeline is the Aquapack Devastator (almost done), then the Flash Flood, followed by the Arctic Shock. No timeline on the Triple Strike yet since I don't own one, but as soon as I can get one, it'll be pushed up on the timeline.

I may be wrong, or maybe there are regional variations, but I think the official Hasbro name is the "Triple Shot". Which, I suppose, runs the risk of confusion with the XP 85 - thanks, Hasbro! ???

Err, I don't think I was looking at the list of soakers for review. Now I'd say the Aquapak Devastator.

I just got an Arctic shock today and it worked better than I thought it would. It has an XP classed nozzle, shoots 35 feet and basicly does everything that the box says.
stats:
length: 15 inches
width : 3 inches
hight : 11 inches
range: 35 feet
resivor: 40 ounces
shot time: 12 seconds with two second burst.
over all : 8
pros: light can be carried and pumped with one hand, good range for a blaster of it's size, long shot time, easy to pump, small pump handle is a bounis.
cons: It can be easly be out classed, and out soaked by any CPS blaster, pump leaks a little, and ice core is a sales gimmick.
AXE BOMB!!!

I could theoretically push up pics and most of the stats tonight, but not sure I'll be able to complete a full review until after mid-next week due to workload and other issues. We'll see...

With some luck, I just might be able to push up my full Flash Flood review tonight... will definitely post in the Flash Flood thread if I manage to do so.
