Action Man CPS 1500?

Hi,
I found a soaker online branded as Action Man and made by Hasbro, which seems to be a copy of the CPS 1500. The box states that it can shoot up to 40 feet, which matches the information on the iSoaker dedicated page of the CPS 1500.

I also requested its measurements, and it turns out to be smaller than the CPS 1500. Do you guys know more about this water gun? Is it a CPS-based model, or is it an air pressure powered gun?

Online I've seen a lot of knock-off CPS blasters over the years. (I've never seen any in person.) Some are reportedly good with CPS power, or nearly so, though perhaps have worse build quality and durability.

The only way to know for sure is to buy it. However, this knock-off is probably bad. The lack of a reservoir cap and the smaller size are indicators. If there's no reservoir cap, then it's likely a an air pressure pressurized reservoir blaster where the reservoir screws off to fill. The good knock-offs tend to be the same size and shape as actual blasters, using similar or even identical molds. I doubt this is made by or licensed from Hasbro.
