Is there a difference between power, range, and output on the CPS3000 and CPS3200?

It seems to me that the variations between the CPS 3000 and CPS 3200 are minor. Likely any performance differences between individual blasters are due to random manufacturing variances. If you're choosing between the two, it would make more sense to focus on main difference, the backpacks.
