Hands-On: Nerf Super Soaker Scatter Blast

Picked up a Super Soaker Scatter Blast recently. Will hopefully eventually get through reviewing the entire 2011 Super Soaker line, but all depends on availability.

As for the Super Soaker Scatter Blast, well, it's a pump-action blaster with five small nozzles in a spread-formation. Blaster has a great, solid feel to it and its grips (rear and pump) are comfortable to hold. However, its streams and amount of water pushed per pump are rather lacking in oomph. While the idea of a close-range area-blast soaker could work, this one just feels under-powered.

Still want to do a little more testing before writing up a full review. However, pictures of the Super Soaker Scatter Blast are now posted on iSoaker.com.

ahh, so the nozzles are in a "star" pattern, and not the infamus "1-3-5 10-degree angle fan" now it makes sense.

still don't make me want to buy one, but it's still good to know.
