X-Shot Water Blasters

Post by martianshark » Thu Feb 17, 2011 4:50 pm

There seems to be some new water guns that are also dart guns. http://nerfornothing.blogspot.com/2011/ ... sters.html
I wonder how they perform. Probably not very well...

Thanks for the link!

Those having dart wars don't typically like mixing in water blasters. Those having water fights don't care much for dart-firing blasters. Nerf made Switchshots back in 2000 and I don't believe those did particular well. Don't see much of a point in this unless, of course, you can fire water-loaded darts. :goofy:

That said, the Ultimate Water Warriors line is compatible with some of the Ultimate Air Blasters so one could combine a couple of BBT blasters together to create something like likely performs better than any of the X-Shot blasters.

iSoaker, you can attach a stick of CPVC to the Flash Flood and it'll shoot Nerf darts. (Very well I might add.)

It's a bad gimmick though, and its been done before.
