Since I can't find an offical website for storm guns, I'll use eBay as the example. It seems storm now has a version of the splashzooka called the T-shock. Is this the first year they've delt with CPS and has anyone seen other types? Later, Brad

The T-Shock is an older Storm Gun model (though I'm currently forgetting what year it was released). It does use CPS-like technology, though, and reportedly behaves similarly to a Splashzooka. From my recollection, there are two T-Shock models: a smaller one and a larger one.

Look like quite a good blaster, if not resembled on the Spalshooka.

Look like there's a QFD just under the "Constant Water Pressure" cylinder.

Anyone know when it was released?

The T-Shocks were released a few years ago - 4 or 5 if memory serves. They were QFD only, which was too bad, because I've heard of several incidences (and seen one) where the QFD nozzle didn't work as well as it should've.

The larger model has been the source of some controversy. It was shown on the back of the package of the smaller model, which suggests that it was produced for mass consumption. However, no one that I've ever heard of in my 4-6 years in the online soaker community has ever seen the larger model. One has never appeared on Ebay. My personal theory is that they were produced just long enough to make a screenshot on the box, and then production was halted by either monetary or legal trouble. I don't believe any were ever sold.

Nah, I' saw some in stores a while back. I do think Storm went down though. Not sure why.
