Where did you get this picture? If it is from an authorized Hasbro site, then it could very well be a limited edtion. However, if it was from another site, it could be a mock-up pic.

I was trying to dig for the thread as well. It's somewhere, perhaps the Hands-On 2006 Super Soakers, but haven't checked yet.

The combo retails for ~$39.99 USD if I recall correctly.

I did get to pick it up and check it out. It's very cool, but I'd much rather have that chrome SS50. The backpack is indeed from the overload. I would have bought it, but odds are, its just not worth it. IMO

Silver spray paint + Clear Lacquer will give you the same effect. Just tape over the areas you don't want painted, and spray away...

I WANT ONE!!! but will probobly make one via spray paint. that stuff cures everything. btw dux, the only problem with spraypaint and tape is that spraypaint WILL leak through the tape edges is some places depending on how flush the tape is to the soaker. but this is nothing a little touch up brush can't fix. but honestly, im more into the black trigger and Max-I rather then the silver finish. as cool as it is, a silver FF would be way to reflective in the summer. thats why i like my black FF better :p
