http://search.ebay.com/super-soaker_W0Q ... Z1QQfsopZ1

on the first and second page someone is selling CPS1000's and 1500's but is calling the 1000's 2000's. The 1500's don't look real, they don't have a cap on the top, compare this:

to this

http://www.sscentral.org/reviews/cps1500.php

as far as I know the top one is fake, am I wrong? because if its not fake i'm going to get it, I need some good weapons.

It's definently fake. If you read iSoaker's review, the 1500 holds about 100oz, if memory serves. Not only is the picture fake, but the description of it is wrong. This copy has surfaced many times.

It is a real water gun, but it is NOT a real Super Soaker CPS1500. I've seen these things in some random stores... the tank screws on (unlike the Super Soaker CPS1500 that has a cap for the reservoir), plus it's also a lot smaller (though you can't tell from the picture). I believe they (the fake CPS1500) sold for about $6-$9 a piece, but not even worth that price, IMO.

they have been selling fake CPS 1500's on ebay for years. they are not hard to spot because there are usually about 10 of the same auction for them.
