Arrested for a water gun attack
I'll accept the wisdom of not going around shooting strangers with a water gun without permission (technically an assault), but something seems amiss in this story.
I understand the notion of trying to help if you hear screams (tough to distinguish joy from pain depending on the person) and calling the police, but I would hope that if police were to show up and question those involved, the use of a water gun for what appears to have been done in fun would not result in an arrest.

Sounds like Florida police doing what they do best.
10ml of water with a touch of pressure = assault. Meanwhile, riot police are easily able to hose down innocent protesters throughout the country with firefighting cannons.
