He should've shot those 2, then ran away. Perhaps I could use an exploit tactic similar to this; leave a soaker lying around w/ only the PC full (or w/o any load at all), while simultaneously have an ambush set up at the enemy refill point.

It's not hard to tell how much water is in a soaker :p
