Baby Blues I like today's online Baby Blues comic. The comic was actually printed on July 31, 2006.

Ya I read that one. Nice to see our talents being recognized.
A pity that the companies are now refusing to make guns that powerful. "sigh"
I guess its up to us modders and homemade-gun creators.

The Maple-Mountain-Marines.
Terrifying, but oddly refreshing.

A water cannon could knock someone over, especially at that range...
Now that I think about it, if you were to riot blast that close, there would be so much splatter that you'd end up soaked as well...

I've read that...the "series" with that water gun started sometime last week in the Washington Post. I didn't mention it because it's really just a travesty--you'll know if you see the other ones. The dad pretty much just gets knocked down by it three strips in a row, and then Zoe picks up the hose and does pretty much the same thing to Hammie and Darryl.

A travesty? Pity.. I've only now seen the first two comic strips in this mini-series-of-strips. Seems to start off well.

Hmm...this is strange indeed! I rooted through all our old papers and found the Washington Post (the local paper doesn't have as many strips, and definitely not Baby Blues) from Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The first three didn't have anything soaker-related, but the Saturday paper had a later appearance in the mini-series. And I know for a fact that the others came much earlier...
UPDATE: Looking at that site, I realized the one you posted was actually the first in the mini-series. Check the dates afterward to see what else happens, though it will be a couple weeks before the Saturday one I mentioned turns up. Maybe you and others like the mini-series, but I know I didn't. It just gets a bit redundant and annoying.
