1 Hit Kill - rules, tactics and everything else

Well, 19 is 2 years and 2 1/2 months away. I'll be just in college by the time I'm 19, actually. I only have experience as a commander, scout, HWO, grunt, skirmisher, grenadier, tactician, mechanic, lone wolf, artillery, and any combination of any of those, which is probably enough. :p I would use a modded gun in a SW type of competition instead of a stock gun. Why? A modded gun's stream is more concentrated than a stock stream and travels at double the speed with 50-65ft range. Modded guns are an ideal one hit kill weapon, perfect for the kind of assassination style hits of Streetwars.
