Spyra LX question/idea

Long time, no soak. I've been out of the hobby for a while (as has many it seems), but finally seeing the internals of the Spyra LX in this spanish Youtube video has gotten my brain churning. It appears that the trigger mechanism is housed in that natural plastic colored housing, and is likely some kind of slip-catch. How difficult does anyone think it would be to remove that mechanism and directly link the trigger to the valve, bypassing the burst shot mechanism? Has this been tried before? I feel like this would be a fun Spashzooka-adjacent blaster without that silly "water bullet" mechanism.

There doesn't seem to be enough information out there about how difficult it would be to make a Spyra LX have a standard trigger. I watched the video but didn't see much about the trigger mechanism specifically. I think someone's going to have to buy one and disassemble it to get a better idea.

From what I can gather in the video, the trigger goes around the pressure chamber, then links at the top to that white box, which then is linked to a pull valve. If you can remove that white box and then somehow link the grey part directly to the valve, I believe you'd wind up with a more traditionally functioning result.

Honestly I’ve had some “misfires” with my LX and during those it actually has more power than a CPS 2000. I don’t know how to disable the ridiculous trigger but I do know for a fact that its causing a good 10’ on range
