hi i have a flash flood and I was thinking of painting it...
what would be a good color for an urban terrain??

For the future, it may be a better idea to put the topic of your post in the title, as opposed to 'Please Read'. That might not sit well with the moderators.
Most likely, for an urban environment, you'll want to go with a combination of black, white, and grey. You could go either with the digital style or the normal, splotchy style.
This is the digital style, distinguished by it's pixelated nature:

This is the splotchy style. I forget the real name, but i'm sure there's a term for it.
Splotchy Camo
Notice how dark blues, browns, and greens can also be included to help balance out the look.

Really? I thought the better colours would be like, beige cream, and brown. Huh. Weird, but maybe you're right.

I'm not an expert by any means, however I just know from experience the styles of camoflauge used by our military and armed officials, when they go into an urban setting. I assume that their choice would make sense in an urban-based soakfest, however that's just my guess.

Beiges, greys and navy colours should be good for Urban.

I would use primer and ultra flat black, flat white krylon spray paint. Those are good colors for my urban settings.
