What is your own favourite type of area to have 1-HK type battles in?

(Note: I didn't see any topic of this kind so I decided to make one.)

I only mostly fight in my freinds backyard which kind of clear but, hilly in some places. It has one fake rock alot of trees in a certain area or two. Alot of pine straw in his front yard which gets slippery when wet. In all he owns over two acres of land.

Of course you can guess if you don't already know where I love to fight. The most rugged terrain possible, fighting over a matter of miles, forget acres. :p Hard to do in a county of nearly a million people, but there are places. The more natural, wild, and challenging, the better. I prefer not being able to see houses, cars, and other such reminders of civilization while fighting an intense war. I've posted pictures of my team's battlefields somewhere.

My league likes to do "Urban warfare" (aka the area that encompasses two friend's houses across the street from eachother in a low-key, moderately suburban-esque neighborhood). We also like to use a park down the street from us that has three large soccer/football/baseball fields and rivers between each other that can be traversed over either a gravel road or through bridges in the forest.

Woods are good for ambush snipers, like me.

I don't like any of those choices too much...I'd go with dense urban if possible--think of the game Freedom Fighters, but maybe even denser. Of course, I don't know where I'd want to go to play in a place like that...

I usually fight in open areas, but in reality, I prefer CQC, like in abandoned barns, warehouses, etc. Makes it extremely interesting.

I voted Deep Woods. Partially because it seems like a place that would give more opportunity for ambushes and such, but also because most of my battleground is dense forrest with occasional clear spots.
The Maple-Mountain-Marines.

Terrifying, but oddly refreshing.

Deep woods is a cool place. THe problem with my woods is lots of weeds, snakes, and bugs...But its one of the most realistic combat environments...
