Need a QDF

I need a QDF, will pay over PayPal. Cannot do trades. Thanks.
Okay, it appears nobody has a QDF available to sell.
If a recall correctly I beleive there is a guide out there somewhere on how to build one? Could someone post a link to such a guide?
