Hydrowar's Ebay Price Values & Buying Guide

Post by marauder » Fri Jul 17, 2015 10:26 am

Today I finished putting together the price list for soakers over the summer. Let me caution you that this is just the first list and is essentially just a list of guns that I have reviews on or am working on reviews on. All values are for working models with 2 or more sales this year. There is much more coming, including NIB values, leaking/small repair values, and broken/big repair values. We will also be putting together a more exhaustive database where you can see how rare or common a blaster is, different marks, changes in values over time, etc. but that takes a lot of time to put together. Also, FWIW I have found that the average seller/consumer can't really tell a difference between marks and price is really no different from version to version.

For now, please enjoy the Ebay Blaster Values for Summer of 2015 article. Hint: there's some really good deals out there, and also some serious wtfs.

Nice price guide. Glad I got my 3200 for $100 recently.

I got 2 3200s for free and I broke both of them from being stupid. Of course, that was like 10 years ago. I would be much more careful now.

*edit*
Just added availability/#s sold for each blaster. If I can find the time I'll probably add this to reviews as well, basically come up with availability tiers.

Nice job Marauder!

It's great to see such useful information... I was able to pick up a CPS 2500 locally for only 50 bucks once I talked the guy down.
