SELLING CPS Soakers + Others

Post by ikos » Tue Jul 23, 2013 7:15 pm

Hi, guys. I was a member of this community a long time ago, but it's time for me to move on. That means selling my arsenal.

Below I list what I have available along with recent/reasonable ebay prices, and then descriptions of the state of the guns.

If you wish to buy a gun, PM me WITH a price offer and I will consider it. Unless the offer stands out, the gun will be posted on ebay soon, along with the others.

Here's a list of what I have available:

***CPS(-like)***
CPS 1200 - $25
CPS 1500 - $30
CPS 2100 - $25
CPS 2500 - $80
CPS 2700 - $40
CPS 3000 (+ backpack) - $80
CPS Splashzooka - $25
Super Charger Big Trouble - $20
Monster X MK1 - $50
Flash Flood - $35

***Other***
XP 150 MK1 - $15
Super Charger (Monster Version)

Descriptions of the individual guns:

CPS 1200: Works perfectly, slight peeling, small scrapes
CPS 1500: Original trigger broken, I modded in a ball valve with screw caps. Works, but modded.
CPS 2100: Works perfectly, like new. Almost never used.
CPS 2500: Minor scrapes, nozzle has some leaking when shot due to a stripping screw. I can fix this if wanted. Otherwise perfect.
CPS 2700: Plastic nozzle guard gone, minor scrapes and peeling. Otherwise perfect.
CPS 3000:
CPS Splashzooka: Front O-ring replaced, some screws are stripped so the casing has a slight lateral separation. Otherwise perfect.
SC Big Trouble. Very minor scrapes, basically perfect.
Monster X: Small scrapes/peeling. Plastic shell cracked (from its own weight!) so I epoxied it together. Perfectly functional.
Flash Flood: Superficial crack in plastic casing, and small scratches. Otherwise perfect.
XP 150: Very minute scratches. Basically perfect for a gun its age!

That's all for now. I can provide pics as needed. Good luck!

Trololololol
Just kidding. And I have to say, I don't think anyone on this forum would pay 35$ for a Flash Flood. You can still buy them new for less than that. You could probably ask 15-25. Then again, maybe you should put it on ebay for the $. Also, I have yet to see a 2700 (on ebay) sell for more than 10$. Good luck though!

I'm a relatively new member of the community, so I was wondering if someone could at least vouch for ikos' claim that he's an old member and can be trusted?

Lol. How can we trust you?
Naw, just kidding. But seriously, we are a friendly community. No need to start questioning people. If you have some concerns, either wait for someone else to say howdy, or PM a moderator or admin with your questions. If you are interested in buying, you can expect to use paypal (you can trust paypal) and you shouldn't have any problems. Heck, if you really want the insurance, pay the buyer the extra fees and do it through ebay. Your call.

Don't worry Bluebirdgm, even if he isn't an old member, most anyone on this board can be trusted. I mean, compare us to other forums, we never get in arguments, because we prefer to dicuss things lik real people would. Many other forums i've visited are almost impossible to read because 6 immature arguments are going on at the same time. Don't worry.

Pictures are generally necessary for obvious reasons. Other than that, I see no problems. However, at those prices, you (ikos) might as well just send them to Ebay. We usually sell to each other in the community at community prices, which are quite lower than Ebay. We're enthusiasts, not collectors.

Hey, welcome to the board. In general, there's no need to post stuff like, "I want this but I don't have enough money". Only post if you are actually serious about buying or if you want to try talking the seller down or something. Thanks!

Sorry if I brought up an old thread, but is the splashzooka still available?

Edit: can I buy a quick fill device off you as well?

Given the number of people who have replied here, you would think that *maybe* the stuff is unavailable.
PM ikos if you want, should give him an email notification and you should get your answer faster.

*EDIT* For that matter, maybe it will make ikos log on and finally close this thread so people stop asking.

If you really want to buy a CPS 3000 I would go on ebay. most members are not selling what they have...

(or) You could ask DX about buying one of his, he has 3 in total 2 CPS 3000's, and a 3200 (same thing with but with a hard plastic backpack)
If you ever bother reading these, I worry for your mental sanity. :oo:
