I have a flash flood, and a cps 4100. Should I even bother getting an arctic shock, oozinator, or overload? Also arctic is only 8 bucks and the other two are 25.00 or more. Are those two worth that much money?

IMHO, unless the significantly improved the Arctic Shock, I wasn't too impressed with its general performance and wouldn't use the 'icy' feature, anyhow. The Oozinator produces a decent stream, but is a pressurized reservoir blaster, thus limited capacity. The Bio-Ooze stuff is very random and very non-water-warfare-like. Sadly, there is no easy way to refill the Bio-Ooze cartridge with water after use, thus it cannot be easily converted into a pump-action secondary nozzle. The lower chamber is not water tight, thus cannot be filled directly, either.

The Overload would be a potentially useful investment if you have the MI-Flash Flood since you could then use the 100oz Aquapack with the Flash Flood. If you have the STE:Flash Flood, the backpack is not compatible. The Overload, itself, is ok, but a little pricy for its size and performance. I think a good amount of the cost is coming from the larger backpack.

That said, there are some other soakers such as the WW Blazer, Piranha, and Krypton that are decent for their cost. In the end, depends on what your budget and soaking needs are.

Try to find a Water Warriors Blazer. It's an off-brand and in the $15 range, but it performs very well. It rivals the Flash Flood. The Overload's only noticeable stat is its capacity, which can be matched by buying two of the smaller, more readily available Aquapaks. Again, only for Max Infusion blasters. But whatever you do, don't get the Oozinator. It's stupid. :(

I think that the only reason you should get the overload is for the back-pack. The gun is uninpressive. The oozinator is more of a novelty in my opinion. I suggest getting a Blazer. It is worth more and costs less that any MI gun (except the FF).

All this is just my opinion. Oh also you could just put ice-cubes in the resovoir of the FF if you want cold water

Here's what I have to say about the Overload:

In battle, Flash Flood and Blazer > Overload by a lot.

For the original question:

CPS 4100 > arctic shock, oozinator, and overload by a lot.
Flash Flood > arctic shock, oozinator, and overload by a lot.

'nuff said.
