Are you talking about handles or rods? Either one can be built if you really need them.

I am talking about the pump-grip , also called pump handle. I do have the pumps and rod and all, just the plastic piece that you move with your hand back and forward.

Hei CA99 ! I am quite sure I will have to build them myself. So any suggestions how to ? Let me know your ideas! or any guide ? I do not have "plastic fluid" that will then get hard after shaping... :goofy:

Considering the mods you've done, I don't think it would be very hard for you to make a pump handle. Just use a piece of pipe, drill holes into it, and bolt it onto the pump. Does it have to be an exact match?

haha, thanks, martian^^ This is a good idea but I am looking for getting back the gun's original appearance back^^ THis says the grab should really look like the original one. Or at least it should match well. Therefore it would be great to have some of these grabs!

But It seems that nobody does have any unused grabs right now :(

I was even thinking of using some fluid cast, put in a CPS 2000 pump grab, let it get hard then, so I have a kind of negativ profile. THen I would go and do the same with the back side of the pump grab. Then I would like to get in some fluid plastic and build up a copy of the original pump grab.

Quite difficult thing....I even have some cast around but I still need fluid plastic....omg I am crazy^^ :goofy:

Ahh, I see what the issue is now: you need tracked pump handles which are trickier to make than free pump handles as they have to fit accordingly. If you actually have the handles which are just broken, you can repair them without too much trouble; just have to use a bolt for it instead of a plastic rod to attach it on.

If you lost the original handles completely, the only way I can think of to make one (at the moment) is to use PVC pipe as shark mentioned. Use a dremel or something (I used sheet metal cutters one time... lol) to cut a short piece of PVC in half so that you have a half-pipe, like an arc that's not completely enclosed. Use that as a handle, though it may be very tricky to get it to work.

You are so right, CA99, very tricky...o well !!!!!!

Therefore I would be so glad and happy if there is somebody out there selling me some pump grabs of broken guns!!!

Currently I am looking for several pieces:

CPS 4100: 2x trigger, 2x trigger mechanism, 1x nozzle cap and 2x pump grab

1x CPS 2500: 1x Pump grab, 1x nozzle selector

1x CPS 3200: just 1x pump grab

I am willing to pay up to 10 for each pieces! Please, making these parts homemade(totally homemade) is so difficult....

I see...I will have to get very creativ...It would be so much easier to have an original CPS 4100 pump grab, so I can build up this way but at the moment I have to imagine how it could possibly looks like and then build up...

OMG...If I am not cary enough I will get to this soon... :goofy:

I think I still have the pump grip from my broken 4100 lying around somewhere. I might also have a 2500 grip, though the center column broke and was replaced by a screw and bolt.

That would be so great ! Does not matter if the inner things are broken a bit or something like that. two screws and a bolt will work well, for sure.

THis would be very great! then I would take the two grabs from you^^ Do you have a broken CPS 3000 ? The pump grab is the same as the one of 3200, just with other colour...

Hey, DX, besides this, I am still waiting for you to deal^^ When will you have time ? I would also be interested in your broken CPS 4100^^

But just the two grabs would be great thing also!!!

Alright, I looked through the mountain of crap that I have accumulated from broken guns and found those two pump handles. The first is a 4100 grip, it is intact, though spray painted black. The second is a 2500/2000 grip with a screw and bolt system. Warning - it is not pretty, I got it from a 2500 in junkyard condition - but it is functional. The 2nd screw column along the bottom is not useable. This could be solved by hacking off part of the screw column that still contains metal and sticking a longer screw into it. Whoever tapped the holes for the main screw was obviously drunk, but I have more bolts that can hold it in place.

You don't want my broken 4100, trust me. The only thing left unscathed from that is the shell and the pump grip. But, I am ready to sell other fully working guns.

hei DX, when can you send me the CPS 2500 pump grab and the CPS 4100 pum grab ?

Also you have not answered my Pms yet. Do you still have the nozzle selector of the broken CPS 4100 ? Also the metal stab would be very useful, which connects the plastic trigger with the valve and the broken trigger would be useful too.

I would also need a CPS 2000' Orange plastic nozzle cover-casing left, do you have one left ?

Please let me know

Sorry, been busy searching for employment. I won't get to searching the parts and broken guns piles until tomorrow night. I should have the 4100 pulling rod somewhere. The nozzle selector is probably unusable as I recall hacking off two of the nozzles for something else (they were the perfect size). I also know that the trigger was used for a 2100 mk2. It was reinforced, but the plastic encircling the pump shaft was cut so that it could fit on the 2100 shaft. Aka, the trigger works, but the holding part would have to be glued back together for more stability on the 4100 pump shaft.

THis should not be a problem, as long as all parts are there :) Repairing and glueing together is much easier than building a new one...

WHile talking about this, I have to mention that I managed to BUILD UP A HOMEMADE TRIGGER+Metal connection for my CPS 2500^^

@ DX: I will also take the Nozzle selector, although there is one or two pipes missing. The rotation plate is not ruined and cut off, just the glued on pipe-pieces are missing right ? THis means that it would still work as a nozzle selector.

Do you have a CPS 2500 nozzle selector too ? I would also need the orange nozzle nozzle casings in the front of the CPS 2000 or 2500 to full fill my CPS 2000. Iknow the CPS 2500's is different but better than nothing.

I would suggest we talke about all this today evening/night when you have time. Just send me a PM so we are both online and can talk about this!

The actual nozzle plate itself is intact. 2 of the 4 nozzles were sawed off I think. If it looks like I think it does, it would still work as a nozzle selector. I have a PoS 2500 nozzle selector from that same butchered 2500. Part of one of the nozzles is chipped. Easily fixable with epoxy putty, but I haven't had the time or cause to restore it. Might have a harder time finding the two orange springy things that advance the selector, but they do exist somewhere. You won't want the portion of the nozzle area that is part of the casing. A smart car that's been rammed by a truck in front and back looks better.

Not sure what you mean here. I just need the nozzle selector plate itself, not the fixment. the screw would be nice too ;)

This says, I get following things from you:

CPS 4100: nozzle selector plate(with two nozzles saw off), 1x pump grab

CPS 2500: pump grab, nozzle selector( broken or not )

CPS 2500/2000: Orange nozzle cover-casings

I am right, yea ?

THis says, I still need following things:

CPS 4100: pump grab

CPS 3000 or 3200: pump grab

thanks
