WW Lighnings

Post by scottthewaterwarrior » Fri Apr 15, 2011 10:56 am

I just found these on the Toys R Us site
http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.js ... Id=4044785
I think they are WW Lightnings. It says they are air powered but I don't really trust Toys R Us to know the diference between air power and Hydro power. Has any one bought these before? Are they real Lighnings or just nock-offs? If they are real do they still have CPS like bladers?

They are probably air-powered Lightnings made by BBT for Toys R Us.

I saw these at Toys R Us yesterday. I was disappointed that they didn't have any large blasters.

Buzz Bee themselves have been forced to convert many of their previously Hydro Power designs to air pressure due to a patent judgement against them. These blasters almost certainly are being made with Buzz Bee's approval (otherwise Toys R Us would get sued), though perhaps not "by" Buzz Bee. And they quite possibly are air pressure.

I think I actually had a lightning, if these things were released like 5 years ago originally, with a pressure gauge that lit up or something. I think it was CPS like.

Actuly these have been on the site for a few years, long before the lawsuit so that probaly wouldn't effect it.
