This is one of the cheap ripoffs. Note the trigger in particular. 8)

Silence notes it correctly; that blaster is one of those cheap imitation rip-offs. Also to note, there's no cap on the reservoir for refilling. I've seen one of these in reality; the entire reservoir unscrews to refill it. At best, it is a pump-action soaker; at worst, it is an over-sized trigger-based squirt gun; chances of it being air-pressure-based are almost nil. If I recall correctly, it is pump action.
