WTB SS20

Post by XP270 » Wed Feb 27, 2008 7:49 pm

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good condition SS20 to add to my collection. I need it for an Assasins game. I've tested other soakers and BBT blasters and none fit my need so I'll get straight to the point.
SS 20
Offer $9.00 USD without shipping
My location NE Ohio
Also I'll add a few NIP soakertag targets with clips (2.99 USD value per pack)

Qwik Grips would probably do the trick, but I am not sure which is better. They cost less than 1$ CAD, and Qwik Grips XL have more capacity and possibly more range than an SS20 I'm not sure though. They are all fairly cheap, and easier to find than the SS20

A new or used SS20 is exceedingly difficult to find. If you've never used one, not sure why you'd feel that particular soaker would suit your needs more than a lot of other actually available water blasters on the market. Have you seen the new Water Warriors Kwik Grips and Kwik Grip XLs for 2008? The styling and form are rather different than the rounder older versions and their performance should be good enough and simpler to use in an Assassin-type game since these don't need pressurizing.

The new Kwik Grips look awesome! I can't say that the Kwik Grips XL have changed much though.
While on the topic of BBT, the new Splat Blaster looks AMAZING!
(I always thought Kwik Grips was spelt with a q for some reason...)
I would say go for the normal Kwik Grips.
