Well, it's a military fire-extinguisher-type thingy. Interesting, though probably pretty heavy.

Who the heck would bid on that? It looks just like a military-grade fire extinguisher, and it doesn't seem to have much use other than decontamination, since I've heard that fire-extinguishers don't make the best soakers. I'm pretty sure most people don't really need to do that...
