I hope you eventually put together that ebay price guide that actually tracks the price of sold water weapons. I have a document file full of them back home. If it helps.

The project is now running, but can't be made public until there is more data. So, anything you can send me would be very helpful.

Let's all steal our descriptions from iSoaker.com
^Yet another one.

And another description copied verbatim
^Same seller.

I'll have some statistics for you in May. I have probably around 20.

Fake CPS 1500 and Mislabeled 2500

Not to mention being listed at about double the current value of a 2500 without a strap or stickers. Please report the "1500" at least, before some poor n00b gets ripped.

I love the references to other weapons which the seller will likely have no idea about.

Someone blatantly rips off isoaker... again.

Dirtbag. Where's the ebay "flame" button?
Actually, can you "Report item"? I am just not sure under which category this belongs... but I would be happy to report every seller that rips off isoaker.

Copyright owners can file a special type of report. Nothing I have reported this year as a regular user has been removed, I doubt they even care unless you are the rights holder.

There is a report item link to the right of the "Description" and "Shipping and payments" tab. However, and Dux noted, not sure eBay listens unless it is the actual copyright owner. That said, posting here helps since I can report the issue. I have no problem with people linking to reviews on iSoaker.com, but lifting stats without even attempting to cite the reference is just plagiarism.

Both images stolen

One is from SSC and one is from iSoaker. Therefore, this means whoever buys this has no idea what's actually being sold! There's no actual pictures of it.

It's amazing how much the MK I is supposedly worth (or how much people think it's worth) considering how often the bladder reportedly ruptures.

The collectors don't actually use them. That's one reason why the bladders rupture - repeated, sudden, full expansion after long periods (years/decade) of not being stretched at all. Too little usage is just as bad as heavy usage when it comes to bladders that expand as much as MK1s.

If you look at the pictures, it is blaringly obvious that it isn't even the same 2000. One has the sticker and the other does not! LOL, I wouldn't pay $500 for this anyway! The MK I isn't that much better then the MK II and I'd rather stick to my CPS 1000 anyway.

I saw the page on SSC which one of the images are from, but haven't found the pic on iSoaker. :goofy: Can you give me the link?
