Good question; I've got no answers on that one. Then again, Supersoaker.de has the Transformers Super Soaker listed (not that that's an equal soaker to the Hydro Blitz). My guess is that they are testing the market in North America first before they try selling the more expensive Hydro Blitz worldwide.
